All foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport. Participants, except those from countries who have visa exemption agreements with Korea, should apply for a Korean visa and should receive a Korean visa in their countries prior to departure. For details, participants are advised to contact the Korean Embassy in their countries or view the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade website

Please visit "Visa Navigator" below to check whether a visa is required. Participants who have to receive the invitation letters to issue their visa, please contact the secretariat (info@icmri.org) after payment for registration fee.

Immigration Guidelines

Visa-free foreign visitors must apply a "K-ETA (Korean Electronic Travel Authorization)" at least 72 hours before departure. K-ETA approval does not guarantee entry to Republic of Korea. For more information, please visit K-ETA website <www.k-eta.go.kr>.

Upon entering Korea, all entrants (Korean & foreigners) must use <Q-code Quarantine Information Advance Input System Click Here>.

- PCR Test Result : issued within 48 hours prior to the departure date
- Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) Result : issued within 24 hours prior to the departure date

COVID-19 testing is no longer required prior to entering Korea. All entrants must take PCR testing within 1 day from the arrival date.
