Participants who have to receive the invitation letters to issue their visa, please contact the secretariat (info@icmri.org) after payment for registration fee.

K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)

Nationals of countries/regions eligible for visa-free entry are required to get K-ETA approval at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight or ship bound for the Republic of Korea.
However, due to an unexpected increase of applications, the result may not be notified within 72 hours. Therefore, please apply for the K-ETA in advance.

* K-ETA requirement will be exempted for ages 17 years old and under, and 65 years old and above (Starting from July 3, 2023).
* K-ETA will be temporarily exempted to the 22 countries/regions from April 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025 (KST).
* List: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macao, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, UK, US (including Guam)
