Presentation Types

- Oral
- Posters (e-Poster or Printed Poster)
- Clinical Case Presentation (Only Korean Resident)
  • * Authors may choose their presentation preference. However, the Scientific Committee will make the final decision after review.
  • * For Poster Presentation, presenters can choose between a printed poster or an e-Poster.
    (Please select your preferred presentation type on the abstract submission page.)
  • *  The Acquisition & Analysis / MR Physics & Engineering and Contrast Mechanisms topics will feature only two types of presentations: Oral and Printed Poster. No e-poster presentations will be allowed.
  • * [For the Korean Resident] 전공의 증례 발표 세션: 8/27 (목), 08:30-10:00
    해당 세션에 참여를 원하시면 초록 제출 시 Clinical Case Presentation (Only Korean Resident) 유형을 선택해 주세요.
    발표는 한국어로 진행되며, 초록은 영어로 작성해야 합니다(희망 시 영어 발표 가능). 심사 결과에 따라 발표 유형은 변경될 수 있습니다.

Steps for Abstract Submission

  • 1. Click the “Online Abstract Submission“ button
  • 2. Sign up or Log in
  • 3. Select two types (#1, #2) of presentation you would like to submit
  • 4. Select two main topics (#1, #2) most appropriate for your abstract
  • 5. Enter author information
  • 6. Enter abstract title and text
  • 7. Click “Preview” button and review the abstract

    * It is the author’s responsibility to review and correct the abstract for typos and grammatical errors.

  • 8. Click “Submit” button

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • 1. Abstracts should be written in English.
  • 2. Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words. Word count only includes text body of your abstract.
  • 3. Abstract titles should be brief and reflecting the content of the abstract.
  • 4. Tables and images are required to be uploaded as attached files.
  • 5. You can save and re-edit your abstracts online until you decide to submit them via the abstract system.
  • 6. When submitting the finalized version of your abstract, please fill all required fields in the online system.
  • 7. Corresponding & presenting authors will automatically receive an e-mail confirming the acceptance of his/her abstract.
  • 8. Abstracts for Oral and Poster will NOT be contained on the website and in the abstract book. Only invited speakers' abstracts will be displayed.

Notification of Acceptance

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to reviewing procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting authors July 1 (Wed.), 2026 (KST).

Withdrawal of abstracts

If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by July 17 (Fri.), 2026 (KST), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program. If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the ICMRI 2026 Secretariat in writing as soon as possible. (info@icmri.org)
