• - All foreign visitors entering the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport.
• - Delegates, except those from countries who have visa exemption agreements with Korea, should apply to a Korean diplomatic mission in their countries for visas prior to departure.
• - For details, delegates are advised to contact the Korean Embassy in their countries or view the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade website at www.mofat.go.kr. Please contact the congress secretariat if you have difficulties in obtaining a visa.

Participants who have to receive the invitation letters to issue their visa, please contact the secretariat (info@icmri.org) after payment for registration fee.

K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)

Nationals of countries/regions eligible for visa-free entry are required to get K-ETA approval at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight or ship bound for the Republic of Korea.
However, due to an unexpected increase of applications, the result may not be notified within 72 hours. Therefore, please apply for the K-ETA in advance.

※ Temporary K-ETA Exempted Countries/Regions (January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026)
For nationals of temporarily K-ETA–exempt countries or regions, a “K-ETA Exempt” pop-up will appear during the K-ETA application process upon scanning the passport biodata page, allowing them to confirm their exemption status.
